The Process of Yoga

 
The Collins Dictionary defines “YOGA” as “a type of exercise in which you move
your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible,
to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind”.
The Eastern practice of yoga originated in Northern India and has been around
for at least 5,000 years. The practice of yoga in the West has become a
modern-day symbol of tranquility, harmony and well-being.
